Return Policy

All items are returnable or refundable unless specified otherwise . The customer is responsible for all charges related to shipping items back to Pet's Barn for replacement or refund. Pet's Barn is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping, and it is advisable to insure the items or to send them registered mail to:

The enclosed Return label should be filled out completely and sent back with the returned item(s). Returns cannot be processed without completion of the Return label. One label should be filled out for each item to ensure correct processing of requests. Labels can be found online or obtained via email.

All refunds will be in the form of applying credit back to the customer's credit card. All replacements will be shipped back out free of charge within 3-5 business days; if the item is backordered then the customer will be notified by email of the time frame for a replacement, usually 7-10 business days.
